IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Rentals will arrive by the end of the day on the start date you specify. Rental needs to be shipped back on or before the end date you specify.
  • We ship using FedEx. Ground shipments arrive in 2-5 business days. Select if you are placing the order at least 5 full business days away from your start date. If it is not 5 full business days out, and you choose regular shipping, you may be contacted for additional shipping fees to meet your selected start date. Expedited shipping options are available. Orders must be received by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time to qualify for same day shipping.
  • For your security, get a receipt from whoever you are dropping your gear off with for return.
  • Batteries will not arrive fully charged due to shipping regulations of batteries. Please plan your rental period accordingly. Batteries can take 90+ minutes to charge depending on the product you are renting.
  • All of our drones are flight tested and inventoried before they are sent out to assure proper function. Our cerfited FAA drone operators inspect each aircraft before and after it's set out to ensure proper working condition
  • We only ship to home, business or FedEx locations (please confirm the FedEx location you choose offers “hold at location” services). Signature is required for all deliveries. We are not able to ship to hotels or Postal Box locations.
